Toy story is a trilogy of films. The target audience for these films would have to be open to everyone as the has to sets of humour, one for the adults and one for the children, this is a great idea as this is a child’s film, but with pixar knowing adults would have to take there children to go and see this they had to put both humour for adults and kids so that the film had entertainment for both sets, so I would say that this has a target audience for the whole family. Personally I think after the 1st toy story they had already had here fanbase the so from that they were looking to build up more but by the time the next one come out people who had watched the 1st one had grown up but still were a fan of the movie, but they also wanted to expand there fanbase
